• The first one to offer fingerprint lock technology. ADEL started to develop fingerprint technology in 1998 and has successfully incorporated it into electronic locks. It is the first company in the world to offer fingerprint locks.
• The first one to offer“four-in-one” lock. “Four-in-one” lock is a creative combination of fingerprint, password, contact-less smart card and mechanical lock together in one. It is easy to open.
• The first one to offer DIY electronic look. DIY lock is the type that users can install and tweak the door handle by themselves.
Installation is simple and users can enjoy the DIY experience. It is the best substitution of spherical shaped lock.
• The first one to offer “fingerprint plus four-key” real-time processing network door lock. Such type is usually used in the working areas of the national leaders. It can be monitored and controlled online, enabling high level security.

• The first one to use B-mortise in fingerprint locks. The design and manufacturing of the B-mortise is based on the 3 dimensional motion theory. Compared with conventional mortise, it is simpler and more reliable. It was accomplished by ADEL in 1998.
• The first one to offer fingerprint card.
• The first one to offer special fingerprint chip. ADEL group owns all the intellectual property rights of this chip.

We were the first to produce pivoting tweeters and on some models the whole speaker pivots while still remaining flush with the ceiling. These innovations eliminate the placement concerns of in-wall and in-ceiling speakers.

Joel and Ruth Spira founded Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. in 1961.
